Restoration Mate is available for an emergency response 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We work directly with your insurance company, saving you the stress of dealing with them during your moment of crisis.

When a call comes in to our 24/7 call centre and information is taken, if it is an emergency then call is transferred immediately to our project manager on-call. Otherwise an appointment is booked for an estimate at your convenience.
We Schedule On-Site Free Estimate
We will meet with the client and advise them of their options. Whether they should go through insurance and make a claim or pay out of pocket. We work on your behalf and will review your insurance information to make sure you are entitled to your maximum benefits.
We Work Directly With Your Insurance Company
If we advise to go through insurance we will call the insurance company with the client to relay all important information. We will take all required documentation and photos to help with the claim.
Restoration Work Begins
We then schedule and complete the work, continuing to take documentation and photos. Keeping both the client and insurance adjuster in the loop. If there are any unforeseen issues that arise we will get authorization before continuing with the work.
Restoration Work Completed & Sent To Your Insurance Adjuster
We complete the project and prepare a detailed estimate to send to the insurance adjuster for approval.
We work with your insurance company for final payment
We will collect payment from the insurance company directly. The client is only responsible for the deductible portion.
